I was given an excellent opportunity during the summer of 2025 to intern at FCB Chicago on the BlueCross BlueShield team. The experience has allowed me to grow and develop my skills while learning more about the industry.

To connect with federal workers through social media, we addressed different topics.
Email Journey
The goal with the email journey was to make learning fun and appeal to a young federal employees.
Initially designing three options
A design that aligns more with the style of the brand. Addressing both the definitions and the perks in a simple, straightforward way.
A design that has the cross and shield to mimic a checkered board design. A pattern that has remained trendy among younger audiences. While still educating them on words, such as premium and copay. The graphics are geared more toward the financial perks of using their healthcare plan.
A design that focuses more on the education aspect of edutainment. Using eye-catching graphics to grab our audience’s attention while also making information more digestible.
The creative team decided that design three was the route to go, and we carried that design throughout other channels like Instagram.
